Sanjeev & Bala believe that customer satisfaction can be achieved only by pushing relevant solutions

Sanjeev adds, “In terms of challenges, we have overcome quite a few from all fronts except the customer front which has never troubled us. We have countered challenges where hiring the right people is in question but we have managed to put together a team which has been with us for a while now. Handling suppliers was also a challenge as we had to earn their faith when we were just taking off. And since we are involved in every project with the entire team from start to finish, earning customer trust was less doubtful.”

For the future, Bala says, “we plan to focus on the networking range and leverage on the technical expertise of our engineers to service the clients. We also plan to move into cyclical audits for networks and security, a service we believe is imperative for  an organization to function smoothly. We are also eyeing the consulting space for datacenters.” The expansion plans also include venturing into RIM and virtualization as they anticipate these to be the technology of the future
